**About our roles**:
We now have a fantastic opportunity for two Commercial Finance Business Partners to join our dynamic and growing business—one supporting our Category team and the other supporting our Marketing team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager - Marketing & Category, you will be a trusted business partner to either the Category or Marketing team, providing financial information and insights to support effective management and strategic decision-making across the Commercial function.

This will include providing insights and support to positively impact business performance for key categories, brands, and customers through exemplary finance leadership.

**What you will do**:
Depending on your focus area, your responsibilities may include:

- Partnering with the Heads of Category or Marketing in the development and execution of strategy (e.g. competitive analyses, consumer insights, portfolio strategy, growth drivers, role of private label, big bets, revenue management levers), ensuring all strategic initiatives are grounded in sound financial criteria.
- Financial Planning - Coordinate the build and management of commercial controllable assumptions and factors in collaboration with the Channel Finance Business Partners and FP&A.
- Ability to track, measure and adapt agreed plans to deliver against strategy.
- Understand the impact and relationship with supply chain drivers, NPI strategic fit, brand profitability, and marketing investment.
- Support 3-10-year projections and long-term planning for future investments, and monitor progress against those priorities.
- Actively manage and track progress on capital investments across categories and/or marketing initiatives.
- Identify and adopt process simplification and cost efficiencies to enable innovation and investment growth funding.
- Provide analyses, evaluations, and implications of key learnings to inform future best practices.
- Build the finance brand across the broader division and provide thought leadership on matters impacting financial performance.

**About you**:

- Proven experience in a finance business partnering role within a complex and large organisation, ideally within FMCG and/or Retail.
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA) or a Certif
