We're looking for an ambitious, energetic, and customer-focused agent to join our growing team. You will also have access to admin support to help you focus on what you do best: listing and selling

Located in the vibrant heart of Ashfield's CBD, our office at 232 Liverpool Road has been our proud home for over 30 years. Just a short stroll from Ashfield Station and Ashfield Mall, we provide a full range of real estate services, including residential and commercial sales, property management, and marketing.

**What We Offer**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Help clients buy and sell
- Generate and follow up with leads
- Conduct private inspections and open houses
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends in the Ashfield area and surrounding suburbs

**Requirements**:

- Hold a current Real Estate Class 1 or 2 License
- Full driver's license and a well-maintained vehicle
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
- Previous real estate sales experience (1 year)
- Chinese or Mandarin Speaking preferred

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

**Experience**:

- Real estate sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Real Estate License (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
