Jando Tutoring is a dynamic tutoring service dedicated to providing personalised online and in-person educational support for primary, high school, and tertiary students. Our mission is to empower students through tailored resources, one-on-one sessions, and group classes aligned with the NSW syllabus. We are looking for passionate and skilled tutors to join our team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive tutoring sessions online and, when needed, in person.
- Assess students' learning needs and provide targeted support in areas such as writing, problem-solving, and exam preparation.
- Utilise quizzes and practice tests to track student progress and reinforce learning.
- Provide timely feedback on assignments and assessments to help students improve their skills.
- Communicate effectively with students and their families to discuss progress and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Collaborate with other tutors and the Jando Tutoring team to share best practices and improve our services.

**Qualifications**:

- A valid Working with Children's Check will be required.
- Relevant teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in primary or secondary education (Not required).
- Understanding of the NSW syllabus and curriculum requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Proficient in using online tutoring platforms and educational technology.
- Availability to work flexible hours.

Pay: $29.33 - $45.50 per hour
