**Job Description**:
Are you passionate about promoting safety and minimizing incidents within an organization? Do you thrive in creating and maintaining a safe working environment for employees? If your answer is yes, then we have the perfect opportunity for you

As a Health & Safety Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing safety procedures, managing health and safety programs, and conducting regular inspections. Your main objectives will be to create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, and actively prevent accidents.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Developing and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures
- Conducting safety audits and inspections
- Providing guidance and training to employees
- Investigating incidents and recommending corrective actions
- Maintaining safety data records

**Qualifications**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent)
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience in a heavy industrial setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
