The OpportunityMinRes Marine team is seeking Marine Project Manager to provide technical advice, ensure safety and efficiency is consistent for our transshipment operations.The Marine Project Manger will play a crucial role assisting with the design, construction and operations of newbuild Transhippers and Pusher Tugs.
This position offers a dynamic environment where your expertise will ensure seamless marine operations and technical excellence.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Marine Team through periodical attendance at shipyards during commissioning trials, contributing to project success.Assist with onsite support at Onslow operations, ensuring smooth marine activities and effective logistics.Collaborate with the GM Marine - Technical, providing assistance with engineering requirements and fostering technical project advancements.What is requiredClass 1 Marine EngineerExtensive experience of Marine Project or Port Operational background with proven experience at Senior Management levelStrong understanding of shipyard commissioning processes and marine logistics.Marine, Engineering qualifications (desirable)Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in a marine or technical context.Detail-oriented approach to support engineering requirements and project deliverables.Proficient computer literacy skillsAbout Mineral ResourcesMinRes is a leading diversified resources company with extensive operations in lithium, iron ore, energy and mining services across Western Australia.
