**About The Role**
Appscore is partnering with one of Australia's largest financial institutions, by providing support with the acquisition transition of another leading financial brand. As part of this project, Appscore is looking for Senior Scrum Masters to join the project and support multiple technical areas.
**Core Responsibilities Of This Role Include**
- Managing scrums and daily sprints for two agile teams.
- Manage backlogs.
- Facilitate user stories/task breakdowns
- Key Stakeholder Engagement.
- Co-ordinate releases.
- Create various reports including backlog burnups/burndowns, team velocities, individual performances.
- Manage workflow, sequencing, slicing and velocity of work.
- Proactively work with squads to optimise delivery, continuously identifying improvements and effectively managing stakeholder demands.
- Working closely with key business stakeholders, product owners, squad members and other partners across this business.
**About You**
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scrum master with similar responsibilities
- Experience in technical projects
- Experience data migration and integration
- Facilitation skills
- Strong communications and relationship management skills
