**Job Description - Chiropractor**

Miranda Chiropractic clinic is business based in Sydney South Medical Centre.. Our allied Health Practice offers Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Exercise Physiology and Remedial massage. We have modern facilities using advanced research to create a personalised health plan that helps you reach your goals.

Business is expanding and we are looking for a Chiro to join the team.

**The Opportunity**

We require a Chiropractor with the right attitude to come in and take over the case load of our existing principal Chiropractor with an aim to grow their existing patient base.

Initially you would be required to work approx. 30 hours per week.

Mentoring and training will be provided as required.

**You would be required to;**
- Perform adjustments utilising appropriate techniques.
- Conduct appropriate physical, orthopaedic, and neurological examinations of patients.
- Determine an appropriate Chiropractic schedule of care.
- Discuss, interpret, evaluate, and assess patient medical history.
- Refer patients as appropriate for testing and imaging.
- Incorporate holistic principles to identify other factors that may assist.
- Keep appropriate and accurate, confidential records.
- Educate and advise patients on Chiropractic, health, and lifestyle factors to promote optimal health.
- Liaising with healthcare professionals and referring patients.

**About You**

We are seeking someone who will be able to bring the following to our team:

- Previous clinical experience would be helpful, yet not essential.
- Observation, management, and collaborative skills as required to assess and adjust patients.
- Outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Passionate, resilient, and motivated.

**Job Type**: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to $96.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Retention bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Miranda, NSW 2228: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Chiropractic: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: Up to $700.00 per day
