Job DescriptionMinimum Years of Experience: 6+ yearsMust Have Skills: Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery, manage timelines, budgets, and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.Data Analysis & Visualization: Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, and tools like Power BI/Tableau to derive actionable insights and present them clearly.Analytical Problem-Solving & Reporting: Expertise in interpreting complex datasets, identifying trends, and delivering accurate reports to support strategic decisions.Nice to Have Skills: Cloud & Big Data Tools: Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, AWS Glue, or GCP BigQuery for modern data engineering workflows.Advanced Analytics & ML Exposure: Understanding of predictive modeling, Python/R for advanced analytics, and basic machine learning concepts.Data Governance & Quality: Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR), data quality frameworks, and metadata management tools.Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute1.
End-to-End Project Delivery & Stakeholder ManagementOwn the delivery plan, manage timelines, risks, and dependencies, and ensure alignment with client expectations.Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates and managing escalations.
2. Data Analysis & Insight GenerationPerform in-depth data analysis using SQL, Power BI (or similar tools), and Python to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and present findings in a clear, business-friendly manner.
3. Governance, Reporting & Quality AssuranceEnsure adherence to delivery governance, compliance, and quality standards.Prepare and deliver accurate reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track progress and support decision-making.RequirementsDelivery Lead
