**About the Role: Casual Support Worker (Brassall)**
- **Job Type: Casual**:

- **Salary: $34.44 per hour (plus applicable penalty rates)**:

- **Shift Timing: 8 AM to 4 PM (Rotating Roster, Monday to Friday)**:

- **Work Location: In-person**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, including hygiene and personal care.**:

- **Domestic Support: Help with household tasks such as meal preparation.**:

- **Transportation: Drive clients to appointments (e.g., physiotherapy, hydrotherapy).**:

- **Client Engagement: Build rapport and foster positive client relationships.**:

- **Mobility Support: Assist with wheelchair handling (preferred but not mandatory).**

**Requirements**:

- **Driver's License: Must have a valid license and own transport (mileage reimbursement available).**:

- **Experience: Previous experience in personal care and community support is highly valued.**:

- **Personal Attributes: Empathetic, patient, and proactive in delivering high-quality care.**

**Certifications & Clearances**:

- **NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)**:

- **Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)**:

- **NDIS Orientation Module**:

- **First Aid and CPR certifications (preferred but not required)**

**Essential Qualifications**
- **Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support or another related field.**:

- **Experience providing in-home and community access support to children and adults**

**Participant's Specific Needs**
- **Diagnosis: Cerebral Palsy**:

- **Fall Risk: Skills in fall prevention and awareness are essential.**:

- **Oedema Management: Comfortable monitoring and assisting with this condition.**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $34.44 per hour
