With an award-winning signature cocktail list and a remarkable team, located on the 26th floor of the V by Crown building in Parramatta, seating up to 300 guests with 270° views of The Blue Mountains & Sydney Harbour Bridge We offer an in-depth selection of Champagne along with a back bar holding a plethora of spirits and a huge whisky & cognac selection, and let's not forget the liquid nitrogen tap

**What You'll Bring**:

- Someone with an eye for detail and a minimum of 2 years experience in a bar or restaurant or a similar role
- Experienced in mentoring staff
- Experience in a busy fast paced restaurant
- A passion for hospitality
- An engaging personality and warmth that staff and customers gravitate towards
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Team player attitude and commitment to high-end service delivering quality food and beverages
