**_ What you'll do:_**
- As a Project Controller you will provide project managers and clients with programs, estimates, project control information and reports and a project controls support service._
- Your other key responsibilities include:_
- _Preparing bids and contract schedules including consultation with technical resources to determine sequence and timing of activities and interpreting interpret contract requirements to determine key dates._
- _Demonstrating continuous improvement and recommending corrective action/strategies for deviations from planned schedule_
- _Compiling agreements and project estimates including the compilation of agreements and estimations between agencies and advising technical resources on how estimates should be prepared_
- _Monitoring financial performance against estimates including consulting with technical resources to ascertain progress against estimate_

**_What you'll bring:_**
- Some of your key skills and experience may include:_
- _Certification in Project Management or evidence of working towards._
- _wide range of experience, including on-the-job practice in engineering design/engineering construction/project management (including at least 3 years in planning or control)._
- _considerable experience in the use of project management software packages, such as MS Project._
- _an understanding of cost and schedule control._
- _ability to evaluate and assimilate information from a variety of sources._
- _capable of innovative and lateral thinking._
- _strong reporting skills._
