**Collar Group are seeking a passionate and motivated individual in and around Adelaide for an opporunity to join a dedicated meat packer and marination team.**

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Meat Packers.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Meat Packing**:

- Pack and label various meat products in accordance with established guidelines.
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment with precision.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area.
- **Marinating**:

- Assist in marinating meat products based on specified recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure the proper handling and distribution of marinades to enhance flavour profiles.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to meet marination targets.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols during the marination process.
