Due to our continued growth, we offer a rare opportunity for a construction-focused cadet to join our team and play a key role in a highly successful, residential construction business that genuinely understands and values good design.

This role ideally suits a recent building or construction graduate or a final year student of a similar discipline, who wants to build their career in the residential construction industry. This role will work closely with senior management and covers multiple aspects of the sales to construction phase of residential housing process and will be actively involved in project estimating, and cost management. You must be committed to grow and develop with us and to take on greater responsibility as you establish yourself in the role and the business.
