An experienced Dental Assistant/Front Office Coordinator is required for a friendly, supportive dental team in Goonellabah for casual hours.

This is a casual role for up to 38 hours a week across Monday to Friday, including coverage for leave and as the practice expands. Flexible availability is essential.

This is a dual role with both chairside assistance and front office duties, responsibilities include:
Phone calls, booking appointments, recalls and liaising with patients Processing payments, preparing and cleaning the treatment room Chairside assisting, sterilisation procedures and strict infection control You will:
Have strong communication and phone skills, able to build rapport quickly Be confident, able to multi-task and work independently Be a team player, reliable, trustworthy, polite and

have a strong work ethic Be competent with and willing to learn new technology Have a commitment to providing excellent patient care Have unrestricted working rights for Australia. Ideally have at least 1 year of Australian experience as a Dental Assistant/Front Office Coordinator, but this is not essential Experience with Exact and a Cert III in Dental Assisting is also an advantage Are you a fast learner and willing to work as part of a team, with some flexibility with working hours?
