We're seeking a Credit Team Leader on a fixed-term period (March 2026), to lead and support the credit team in managing high-volume, low-value debt operations.
You'll join an innovative team, that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-centric solutions.

(Eastern Creek Office)Day-to-day, you will: Provide quality leadership, coaching and develop a high-performing, multi-skilled credit teamDrive strategic credit initiatives and projects aligned with national strategyEnsure effective management of resources, including monitoring productivity and performance to KPIsImplement and champion best practice debt collection techniques and toolsFoster a culture of innovation and collaboration while promoting diversity, inclusion, and respectful workplace practices.This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including: Proven experience leading large credit teams with strong coaching capabilitiesExcellent communication skills to foster team collaboration and clarityStrong background in credit management and best practice collection principlesSkilled in interpreting data and trends to drive performance improvementsIf you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.
