What does the job look like?
Our Intermodal Business unit has a permanent full-time opportunity for an experienced HC Truck Driver at our site in Mt Gambier, SA.
The main duties involve delivering timber products throughout the surrounding regions.
This is a day shift role, working Monday – Friday from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm, with potential for Saturday work as required.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving in accordance with Linfox Safety Standards at all times, focusing on Vision Zero
Safely delivering timber products locally and across regional VIC & SA
Providing excellent customer service and representing Linfox and our customers professionally
Performing daily pre-start checks, including refuelling and maintaining the truck interior
Ensuring loads are properly restrained

You should be able to demonstrate:
Minimum 3 years of experience operating a HC vehicle and a current HC license
A history of safe work practices
Familiarity with Mt Gambier, SA, and surrounding regional areas in VIC & SA
Strong customer service and communication skills
A proactive approach and positive attitude
