As an Advertising Account Manager on the Enterprise Account Management team in our Sydney office, you'll play a vital role in working closely with Tier 1 brand & agency clients to manage campaigns that get great results.
You will be responsible for leading the relationship with a large, dynamic book of business and developing success with those advertisers.
Hence, we are looking for someone who is passionate about content, has strong client-facing experience, and is ready to hit the ground running at an exciting, growing company.
To thrive in this role, you'll need: Minimum 3+ year's experience in a client facing account management or sales role
Strong analytical skills – an interest in looking at data and analyzing it to be able to improve results
Commercial acumen or experience and comfort in discussing budgets and strategies
Excellent time management and prioritization skills (handle a minimum of 10 accounts)
A confident presenter with outstanding communication skills Bonus points if you have: Knowledge and experience working with digital advertising
Hands-on platform and/or campaign optimization experience – campaign set-up, monitoring, optimization and reporting on campaign success
An understanding of the online publisher landscape within Australia and New Zealand How you'll make an impact: Proactive Consultation – providing insights and recommendations, ensuring that clients are following best practice and maximizing every opportunity to achieve success on the platform.
Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic plans with key priority accounts
Analyze book of business and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Campaign launches – facilitating all technical requests to Ad Ops in order to launch a campaign successfully – implementation of conversion tracking codes, targeting, spending caps, pacing, etc.
Campaign Management – Working with clients to help them hit their campaign goals, budgeting and scaling
Creative Management – getting the RSS feeds, tracking codes, images and headlines from the client and upselling to get more content and a/b testing
Reporting – analyzing and creating custom reports for clients where necessary
