We're looking for a confident and adaptable compliance professional to join our Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) team as a **Partner - Business Support Advisory**. This role is a key part of BOQ Group's broader Group Risk function and acts as the primary point of contact for all business-as-usual (BAU) financial crime compliance matters.

- Support Retail, Business Bank, and Treasury teams with Product and Channel Risk Assessments (PCRAs), Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessments (EWRA), and Product Risk Reviews (PRRs).
- Assess issues and incidents for materiality and report significant matters to AUSTRAC.
- Contribute to insightful reporting on FCC risk profiles, incidents, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.
- Build strong, transparent relationships with internal stakeholders across the business.
- Collaborate with other areas of Compliance to support the design and implementation of frameworks, policies, and processes.
- Champion Compliance's Purpose and Ways of Working across the organisation.
- Stay informed on regulatory developments and proactively advise on implications for the business.

**About you**
You're a confident and adaptable compliance professional with a strong foundation in financial crime obligations, including AUSTRAC regulation and the AML/CTF Act. You bring a deep understanding of banking operations across retail, business, and treasury, and have a knack for simplifying complex regulatory matters.
