ADMINISTRATIVE LAWYER FULL TIME MELBOURNE CBD POSITION
Are you a lawyer with up to 2 years post admission experience?

FOI Solutions is a pre-eminent, specialist law firm and a recognised leader in FOI, privacy and other administrative law areas.
We are unique in that we only act for government departments and agencies, particularly at local and State government levels.
FOI Solutions is one of only a limited number of firms on the Victorian Government panel of legal service providers for administrative law.
As part of our dynamic team you role will include to:
advise clients on FOI, privacy and other administrative law matters
conduct review proceedings including appearing before State Tribunals and instructing in Courts where required
conduct training seminars and actively develop and contribute to long term growth strategies
work under supervision with increasing autonomy in a close-knit team environment
consistently demonstrate professional excellence in all that you do.
The following attributes are sought:
energy, drive and a "can do" attitude - willing to go above and beyond
a willingness to proactively contribute to firm growth, achieve professional excellence, and strive for continuous personal development
up to 2 years post admission experience in FOI, privacy and/or other administrative law work (highly desirable)
knowledge of and demonstrated interest in administrative law (highly desirable)
admitted to practice in Australia (required).
Remuneration offered to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience.
