Chandler Macleod is seeking experienced QC workers for our client in Wingfield South Australia

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Test products and ingredients before, during and after production to make sure they are as per clients specification
- Maintain accurate and details documentation of inspections/processes
- Complete set processes and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food safety and quality
- Guide process staff with quality measures

MUST MEET FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

- Food science degree or diploma. with previous recent experience working with food or food science background.
- Prior experience in QA/QC within a food manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of HACCP and GMP.
- Comfortable to work in refrigerated environment.
- Very Fit and healthy to sustain a repetitive, physical role.
- Comfortable to handle raw Poultry product.
- Reliable and attentive team player with flexibility to work AM/PM, Weekends and Overtime.
- Own Car/vehicle and current driver's licence.
- Full Working Rights in Australia.
- A positive, hardworking attitude.
- High level safety focus and knowledge.
