Les Deux Coqs is a French family owned business producing a wide range of traditional French/European products including charcuterie, pâtisserie, catering.

We're recruiting a Driver/Kitchen Hand to join our close-knit team. You will report to the Owner and will fill a crucial role in delivering food to our different points of sale but will also help out in some production duties as required.

**The duties**:
The Driver/Kitchen Hand is responsible but not limited to:

- Driving between the factory and the different points of sale
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Maintaining vehicle, daily safety checks and cleaning
- Assisting production operations to support the daily demands within a busy factory environment
- Ensuring the production meets time and location requirements
- Labelling
- Cleaning
- Ensuring all company policies and practices are applied, and ensure Food Safety Practices are adhered to
- General duties

**The successful applicant**:

- Physically fit and able to work hard and lift 30kg items
- Full Australian drivers license (manual and auto) with clean driving record
- Sound traffic history
- Great presentation and customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Strong awareness of hygiene & food safety standards
- Able to work in a busy and fast paced environment
- Able to work under time restrictions and unsupervised
- Great attention to details and meticulous
- Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends
