McLean Farms is seeking a Water Labourer to assist in the operation and maintenance of essential water and wastewater systems.

What You'll Do: Assist with the installation and maintenance of water pumping and storage systems.
Support the operation of biosecurity vehicle wash stations and reverse osmosis (RO) plants.
Participate in preventative maintenance practices to ensure the efficiency of water infrastructure.
Help manage wastewater facilities, including trade waste, RO reject water, and wash bay water.
Maintain clear communication with management and stakeholders regarding water, wastewater, and environmental matters.
Assist with record-keeping and compliance tasks to support operational efficiency.
Work as part of a team to problem-solve and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
