Godolphin has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and versatile individual to take on a Dual Cleaning and Gardening Role at our Woodlands Stud Farm in Denman, NSW. This position combines cleaning and gardening responsibilities to ensure the comprehensive upkeep of both indoor and outdoor areas of our beautiful property. The successful applicant should be a driven individual with attention to detail, a positive attitude, good work ethic and willing to go above and beyond in their role.

The role is structured as a 5-day work week, with 3 days focused on cleaning and 2 days dedicated to gardening, though flexibility is required to adapt to the needs of the business and seasonal demands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cleaning Duties (3 Days/Week)**:

- Perform routine cleaning of indoor spaces, including common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and offices.
- Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning of hard surfaces.
- Monthly window cleaning for offices and guest houses (or as needed).
- Empty rubbish bins and replenish supplies.
- Clean restrooms and bathroom areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Report any maintenance issues.
- **Gardening Duties (2 Days/Week)**:

- Maintain gardens and lawns, including mowing, pruning, and weeding.
- Perform seasonal planting, watering, and general plant care.
- Maintain garden beds and clear garden waste.
- Monitor plant health and report pest or disease issues.
- **Ad Hoc Cleaning (As Required)**:

- Clean staff accommodation and guest houses as needed.
- Replace bed linens, towels, and prepare rooms for guest use, especially during peak periods.

**Schedule & Flexibility**:

- **Cleaning Days**: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (or as agreed).
- **Gardening Days**: Tuesday and Thursday (or as agreed).
- **Flexibility**: required for additional cleaning duties related to staff accommodation or guest houses, particularly during busy periods.

**Desirable Experience / Qualifications**:

- Previous cleaning / gardening experience
- Chemical accreditation

Successful applicant must have a class c drivers' licence
