Our Federal Government client is seeking an
**Aurion Technical Specialist** to deliver a high-quality service to our client agencies through provision of in-system automation.

**About the role**:

- Contribute to the Aurion Systems team work plan
- Provide improved business processes and service delivery through automation
- Develop documentation for solutions including solutions documentation, scoping documentation, blueprints of in-system automation and undertake functional testing of solutions developed
- Develop, implement and monitor integrations
- Provide reliable, accurate and timely information to senior management
- Work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to achieve common goals
- Provide training, mentoring and support to team members

**Ideally, you will have**:

- A strong ability to contribute to change and process improvement
- Demonstrated track record of working independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to manage competing and changing priorities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to compliance
- Provide training, mentoring and support to others (including team members and/or system users)
