**Your Role at Nextt**
At Nextt, our disability support workers are directly responsible for organising and implementing behaviour support, daily activities. Delivering high intensity support, mental health support, domestic assistance and community access support.

- **Permanent and optimised rosters**

**Charlemont SIL - Geelong**
Supporting adolescents who have mild autism and/or a trauma background - helping people grow into young adults. Ability to work on own, make judgement calls and to offer a commitment to young participants in need of support. Also, experience with complexity and high behaviours support.
Shifts and sleepovers (mainly sleepovers) roughly 20 hours weekly.

**Geelong SIL**
Supporting patients with High Physical Care needs: Personal care, Hoisting (Manual handling), PEG feeding, Bowel care, Catheter care, Medication administration, Dysphagia and skin integrity.
Shifts available: mornings, afternoons, nights, Passive sleepovers and weekends.

**Geelong Home Support**
Supporting participants with Mental Health, Alcohol and other Drugs, Acquired Brain Injury, Positive Behaviour Support and Community Access.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Experience in Mental Health and Psychosocial Disability
- Experience in High Physical Disability Support Needs
- Knowledge of restrictive practices
- Complex Behaviour support experience

**Your Certificates and Licences**
- NDIS workers screening check
- Working with children check
- First aid and CPR certificate
- Certificate III or IV in individual support, disability or equivalent
- Australian drivers license and your own fully insured vehicle

**Employees will be required to abide by all mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From $33.77 per hour
