**The Opportunity**:
We're seeking dynamic Casual Teachers to inspire our students. This is your chance to contribute to daily learning and spiritual growth, supporting our team across K-6.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all students.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies.
- Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse student needs and learning styles.
- Collaborate with permanent staff to ensure curriculum continuity.
- Adhere to school policies, procedures, and Catholic ethos.
**About You**:
- A passionate and adaptable educator with a strong commitment to student learning and well-being.
- Able to quickly establish rapport with students and staff.
- Flexible and willing to work across different year levels as required.
- Committed to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a primary school setting is highly regarded.
