Gentle Dental Care is looking for either a Full time or Part time experienced Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our fun and dynamic team working in our Miranda and Wetherill Park clinic

We are looking for a team player, who has a desire to learn, is great with customer service, reliable and punctual with the ability to manage change and embrace innovation.

You would be assisting for Implants and Surgical cases, practice hygiene and cleanliness, sterilisation, patient care and follow practice guidelines and procedures.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Chair-side assistance
- Assisting for Surgical cases
- Assisting for Implants
- Compiling new patient records
- Maintaining patient records
- Set up for photos and x-rays
- Maintaining and sterilizing equipment
- Restocking and ordering
- Patient education

Your duties would include:

- Patient introductions and communications
- Assist Patients with Payment Plans and Health fund claims
- Managing patient records and assist providers in patient follow ups.
- Understand front-office processes
- Assist staff with daily operations
- Working with Senior Management to achieve organisational goals.

- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- At least 1 year of experience in similar roles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Dental reception: 1 year (required)
