Sydney, New South Wales, Australia T+O+M Executive Full time

T+O+M Executive are currently recruiting an exciting 6 month Accounts Receivable contract working with an Australian manufacturing business that has been established for over 100 years. The role is based in Alexandria with a hybrid WFH policy.

**Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining the billing system
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Performing account reconciliations
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Following up outstanding debts with respective business departments and clients directly
- Liaise with internal departments regarding invoicing and collections queries
- Timely communication and management of potential doubtful debts
- Ad-hoc responsibilities as required

**Experience**
- 3-4 years of AR experience
- Must be available on short notice
- Excellent communication skills

**Benefits**
- $65k - $75k + super
