They are looking for the right Bar Staff to join their team in a new store in Gasworks, Fortitude Valley, opening in September.

**About the role**

This is a rare opportunity for experienced Bar Staff to join a new team bringing the Milky Lane experience to The Valley. If you are creative, fun and have a flair for bartending, this role is for you.

To be successful in this role, you'll need bar experience in a busy environment and thrive on delivering an exceptional experience for customers. You will have outstanding people skills and model the Milky Lane values and brand.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Undertake all bartending duties
- Operate in a fast paced environment
- Assess customer needs and make recommendations
- Operate as part of a dynamic team
- Ensure you are creating a fun environment and delivering the full Milky Lane experience for customers
- Previous experience in a similar environment
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Outgoing energetic personality that thrives on customer interaction
- Confident to ensure bar regulations are adhered to
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrates great work ethic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour
