We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic Program Manager to lead our Before and After Care service.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for daily operations and ensuring a high-quality experience for all children and families involved.
A completed Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) is required.

About the Role:
Newly established with plenty of room for growth, Mt Cotton is a large set-up, pack-down service with a great existing team and large roster of casuals. There is a strong emphasis on communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.
The service hours are: 6:30am-9:00am / 1:45pm-6:00pm Monday to Friday. This role is full-time, working 38 hours per week with 20 hours dedicated to administration. You will work predominantly afternoon shifts, but this can be flexible based on the service needs.
As the Program Manager, you will oversee, train, and support a dedicated team of 2ICs and Educators. Your leadership will help foster a remarkable and engaging program for children from preschool through Year 6. You will be hands-on during operational hours, especially in the afternoons, with flexibility for administrative tasks during Before Care.
