It's our mission to re-define repair.The OpportunityThe primary function of the Sales Consultant role is to provide exceptional customer service and provide sales support to attract and engage with both new and existing clients.
You will be a confident, well-spoken professional that is committed to providing a unique, customized experience each and every time
Key Accountabilities:Conducting telephone sales calls in line with daily volume expectationsConducting account management functions utilising email and other relevant systemsDelivery of daily call activity, conversion rates and sales metricsliaising with key stakeholders to support the growth of sales as requiredAdvocate for your customer through Sales ManagementLiaise with operational staff as required to support the sales processUtilising promotional campaigns to drive growth in your customer groupProvide input and feedback from your gained customer knowledgeSupporting the Sales Manager where requiredOther duties as requestedExperience & SkillsPrevious experience in "inbound" telephone salesKnowledge of and experience with CRM systemsAutomotive Parts/Panel knowledge - able to interpret parts preferableExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in building business relationships over the phoneHigh computer proficiencyPersonable and patientAttention to detailBenefitsReward & recognitionCareer development and trainingReferral bonus for recommending a friend to work with usDiscounts on parts and toolsUniforms24/7 professional counselling for Team members and their immediate familiesWe champion our Team, because it's our people that set us apart and drive our business' success.
