**Sustainability Graduate**

As a result of our continued growth and $1 billion work-in-hand, Georgiou is seeking a Sustainability Graduate to join our on-site project team on a permanent basis. A true generalist role, you will be assigned to work on a recently secured major project providing the opportunity to make an impact from the outset of the delivery.
Reporting to the project's Environmental Advisor, your key duties will include:

- Providing support on sustainability issues to support the implementation of sustainability policies and systems
- Promoting sustainability awareness to develop sustainability capabilities and knowledge sharing across the project
- Assisting with ongoing environmental compliance and the closeout of any environmental issues
- Monitor and report progress with project sustainability targets
- Input into modelling of climate change, energy, water balance and material lifecycle impacts
- Ad-hoc duties as required
- Assist in the preparation of evidence for sustainability accreditation targets and rating submissions for Infrastructure Sustainability Council
- Collating evidence and information to support the implementation of Best Practice Principals, in accordance with guidance issued by the Department of Energy and Public Works and the Office of Industrial Relations

**What you're good at**:

- You are focused, driven and a team player with a commitment to excellence, someone with:

- A recent degree in Environmental Management, Sustainability, engineering, or similar
- A positive working attitude and willingness to learn
- An understanding of Qld Environmental Guidelines and Legislation
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills which enable you to assist in resolution of client and key stakeholder concerns
