**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate Water Carts across various civil construction sites.
- Assist with general labouring duties as required on-site.
- Work independently and take initiative while also contributing to a strong team environment.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with supervisors and teammates.
- Support and uphold our commitment to Quality, Workplace Health & Safety (WHS), and Environmental standards.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**Role Requirements**:

- A current White Card
- A valid Statement of Attainment (SOA) and/or Verification of Competency (VOC) for Water Cart.
- Proven experience operating Water Carts - ideally with a minimum of 2+ years on civil sites.
- The ability to work both unsupervised and collaboratively in a team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
