Overview
We have exciting opportunities available for immediate start within our Villages in the Gunnedah Basin in Regional NSW.
Our Facilities Attendants, Leading Hands, and Supervisors are responsibilities for general maintenance work, grounds maintenance and garbage collection around our villages to keep them tidy and presentable for our valued guests.
Full-time positions consist of a 14 days on, 7 days off roster - Drive in, Drive out from your home to Boggabri or Narrabri.
Responsibilities
Deliver excellent facilities services in a timely manner consistent with all quality standards and service level agreements with minimum disruption to our guests and customers.
General repairs and maintenance of site grounds, facilities, buildings, and general gardening duties
Regular collection and maintenance of waste throughout the site
Keep all work areas, workshops, tools, and vehicles in a tidy, safe and professional condition.
Facilitate and maintain a safe environment for our guests and customers.
To Be Successful, You Will Have
Minimum 1 years' experience in a maintenance or trades assistant role, preferably in the hospitality industry
LF Forklift Licence
Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Knowledge of equipment routinely used (e.g. ride on & push mowers, whipper snipper, blower vac)
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Proven Leadership experience if applying for a Supervisory position
Proof of working rights within Australia
Valid National Police Check
Current Driver's Licence
Remote work experience (highly regarded)
