Vinifera Wines is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic junior to join our cellar door team in a behind-the-scenes support role. You'll be responsible for washing glasses, keeping the kitchen and service areas tidy and assisting with basic food preparation on busy days. This is the perfect weekend job for a young local looking to gain hospitality experience in a fun and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Washing and polishing glassware to a high standard
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and service areas
- Assisting with simple food prep for grazing platters (e.g., slicing bread, arranging produce)
- Collecting and clearing glassware during service
- Supporting the cellar door team during events and busy periods

**Requirements**:

- Must be under 18 years old
- Available on weekends (Saturday or Sunday)
- Able to drive themselves or have reliable transport
- Punctual, responsible, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good personal hygiene and attention to detail
