**ABOUT YOUR ROLE**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Sales Sales Sales
- Be hands on and a strong leader with the ability to motivate, coach and mentor a team to achieve success
- Value your customers & team and show pride in all Thendro represents
- Be accountable in leading a team of full time and casual staff
- Be forthright in ensuring the store is meeting its targets and the staff are reaching their KPIs
- Ensure all staff are consistently delivering exceptional customer service
- Responsibility for rotating rosters, merchandising and liaising with Head Office regularly.
- Meet deadlines related to reports & paperwork
- Minimise loss prevention and ensure store and staff security
- Display a work hard/play hard attitude and have FUN

**WHAT WE OFFER**

Apart from a competitive rate with a weekly pay structure, Manager KPI bonus incentives and generous staff discounts, we offer the chance to work for a fun-loving and supportive company. **As an added incentive this position will attract a $1000 BONUS upon completion of a succesful 3 months in store.**
