Direct line reporting responsibility to the Branch Manager
Dotted line reporting responsibility to the Auto Technician (Leading Hand)
Working closely with colleagues, Automotive Technician and Technical Trainers
Travel
As required within the region and interstate travel as required

Essential

Skill Level: Level 1
Usual Time in each Level: 6 months
NQJs: Less than 2.5%
Belron Productivity Measure (Rolling 3 months) : Grater than 70%
Belron Assessment Scores: WS 80%, REP 90% & BG 80%
