About the Role
This is an ongoing opportunity to contribute to our team at the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure. Based in Parramatta, you will work closely with legal and valuation service providers, contribute to reporting and communication materials, and help refine operational procedures that support program delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities
Evaluate applications and analyse developer portfolios to inform data-driven recommendations
Collaborate with stakeholders, including legal and valuation service providers
Contribute to reporting and communication materials to enhance program engagement and clarity
About You
Relevant industry experience in property sector, valuation, credit assessment, or residential development processes
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with ability to interpret financial data
Effective communication skills, with ability to tailor complex information for diverse audiences
