We're currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated **Store Manager** to join our team in the Mid to North Gold Coast area, Queensland. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team.

As the **Store Manager,** you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team.
This role is set in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
- Retail management experience.
- A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
- A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
- Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
- Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
