Sush for sushi has been serving quality sushi to our Hobart Community for 18 years, with 70+ staff working across four sites in Southern Hobart.

We are looking for Sushi maker at our takeaway shops and/or wholesale kitchen to join our team.

This position will support our kitchen's day-to-day operations, providing excellent customer service, rice handling, sushi making, washing dishes, mopping floors, and general shop cleaning.

This is a part-time / full-time position, hours will be negotiated upon completion of trial and training.

Availability of Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2 pm is a must.

Applicants must be hardworking, self-motivated, punctual, focused & flexible with shifts.

Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: From $22.50 per hour
