**About The Role**:
We are seeking to employ an efficient and motivated plant operator, someone who can work unsupervised alone or as part of a team.

**Skills and experience**:

- Excavator operating ESSENTIAL.
- Skid Steer PREFERRED.
- Loader, Grader, Roller and/or Truck Licence ADVANTAGEOUS

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Plant and equipment operation.
- General labouring.
- Be accountable for site related directions given.
- Ensure all work is completed within given timeframes.
- You will be expected to communicate clearly and easily.

**About You**:
The successful applicant will have:

- Experience with range of Excavators, Skid Steers, Loaders, Graders or Rollers.
- Experience in the civil construction and earthmoving industries (preferred).
- Good communication skills.
- OH&S Construction White Card.
- Own reliable transport and valid driver's licence.
- Excellent work ethic and strong commitment to safety.

**Salary**: From $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Earth Moving or Similar: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- WA Driver's Licence (required)
- White or Blue Construction Card (required)
- Excavator SOA & VOC (required)
- Skid Steer SOA & VOC (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
