We are looking for an **Dispatch Team Leader **to join our Warehouse team.

Reporting to the Warehouse & Distribution Manager, the **Dispatch Team Leader will be responsible for**:

- Coordinate the daily end-to-end picking and dispatch schedule to ensure 'in full and on time' customer order fulfilment.
- Monitor the daily Backorder report and liaise with the Inventory Controller to ensure the availability of Wholesale stock to support daily sales.
- Manage the stock put away process, coordinate the daily Cycle Counting program, identify stock problems, and liaise with the Inventory Leaders to resolve problems and ensure stock integrity.
- Manage all export activities with stakeholders and suppliers, including coordination of export documentation, dangerous goods documentation, shipping and returns.
- Track any export or domestic customer shipping issues and coordinate with Customer Service and the carriers to resolve.
- Document and report on issues with Warehouse management team.
- Ensure IT hardware and software is functional and fit-for-purpose, and assist in the ongoing training and refreshers within the Dispatch Team
- Document and escalate IT issues to the appropriate stakeholder or supplier.
- Assume the role of the Warehouse 'systems expert' and ensure IT hardware and software is functional and fit-for-purpose, and that Warehouse staff are adequately trained.
- Document and escalate IT issues to the appropriate stakeholder or supplier.
- Review and approve shipping invoices for monthly submission to Accounts Payable.
- Coordinate the timely replenishment of consumables required for Warehouse operations.
- Manage the Dispatch Team effectively to ensure that appropriate resources are in place to support daily operations (dangerous goods certifications, forklift licences, site inductions, Epicor training and access etc).
- Promote a safe, productive and positive working environment for all team members.
- Develop the team to identify key talent and ensure appropriate training and development programs are in place.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the Warehouse Manager.

**Qualifications and Experience required to be successful**:

- ERP experience.
- Previous warehousing or logistics roles with team leadership experience.
- Experience in international and domestic freight and logistics networks.
- Dangerous Goods certification.
- Working towards a relevant professional qualification in supply chain, warehousing or logistics management would be highly regarded.
