**What you'll do**

In the Associate Product Manager position, you will support us in the pursuit of creating the future of the rapidly growing retail media industry. You will play a pivotal role in contributing to the development and growth of our platform product offerings and making a meaningful impact on our clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, advertising and product management to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.

Main accountabilities:

- Assist the Group Product Manager in conducting user research activities to gather feedback and insights to inform product decision-making.
- Translate market needs into new product features and functionality, along with validating and prioritising ideas in collaboration with other product peers.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to build go-to-market and process optimisation plans.
- Create and maintain product requirement documentation and user stories, as well as assisting in analysing product performance metrics and user feedback.Support product demonstrations, training sessions, and customer onboarding activities.

**What you'll bring
**To be successful in this position, you'll demonstrate:

- 1 to 3 years of product management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.Experience with agile development methodologies and/or experience in retail/e-commerce will be considered advantageous.
