Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement revenue growth plans to achieve agreed outcomes.
Lead project delivery and team performance, ensuring excellence in resourcing, utilisation, and margin management.
Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Responsible for winning work, growing the Adelaide Buildings team, and achieving net revenue and backlog targets.
Champion a high-performance culture focused on talent, productivity, and financial performance.
Drive quality and timely delivery of projects that exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
Tertiary Engineering qualification.
12 years of senior-level experience in building services in the Adelaide market.
Proven leadership skills and a track record of building high-performing teams.
Strong commercial acumen and significant project delivery experience.
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in a design consultancy environment, with a strong track record of client engagement, relationship building, and project leadership.
