Due to business growth we are looking for a _Head of Collections_ _to lead the end-to-end Collections function.

The role:
- Define and execute the business' collection strategy to achieve the required collections performance objectives and ensuring that Angle has a best-in-class collections function.- Actively managing the collections leadership team to achieve individual and team performance objectives through consistent and rigorous management of performance and the on-going execution of operational routines that drive consistent performance.- Lead and build a high performing and engaged team.- Identify and own the implementation of opportunities for process improvement to drive efficiencies across the collections function, including system/automated solutions.

What you bring:
- Extensive asset finance collections experience (15+ years).- Bachelor degree is desired not essential.- Proven successful experience leading a high-performing end to end collections function, including the ability to set team and individual performance objectives and manage consistent delivery to targets.- Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.- Experience in leading transformation/change/growth.- Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiencies.- Experience in operating in high paced, agile and high performing environments.- Working knowledge of the regulatory debt collection guidelines and Privacy Act.
