Finance Manager | London (hybrid) | £65,000 + Bonus + BenefitsA growing, family-owned property investment and management group is seeking a proactive and technically strong Finance Manager to take ownership of its financial operations in London.
With a portfolio spanning London and other major cities across the UK, the business combines entrepreneurial drive with a commitment to high-quality asset management and sustainable growth.You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of group financial management, from statutory compliance and tax filings to payroll and management reporting, while supporting the property management team in delivering exceptional service across a diverse portfolio.
This is a hands-on role in a small, close-knit team, offering significant exposure to senior decision-makers and the chance to shape processes.Key responsibilities include:Managing payroll, PAYE, and pensions for the teamPreparing and filing VAT, Corporation Tax, and annual statutory accountsProducing management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and budgetsDriving process improvements and enhancing financial reporting systemsLiaising with non-Finance stakeholders across the businessThe successful candidate will have:Full accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)Solid technical knowledge of financial reporting, tax, and statutory complianceAn understanding of service charge accountingStrong Excel skills and experience with XeroProperty sector experience (advantageous)What's on offer:Competitive salary and discretionary bonusFlexible working in a supportive, collaborative teamThe opportunity to make a real impact in a growing organisation
