We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated **Safety Officer (Cadet)** to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an entry-level professional or recent graduate to kickstart a rewarding career in construction safety. You will be mentored by experienced safety professionals and gain hands-on experience on live projects, with a strong focus on high-rise and multi-residential builds.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the site WHS Management Plan
- Support daily safety inspections, audits, and reporting
- Participate in toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety training
- Assist with incident investigations and ensure compliance with legal and company safety standards
- Promote a proactive safety culture among site personnel
- Keep up-to-date safety documentation and records

**What We're Looking For**:

- A keen interest or early experience in WHS within the construction industry
- Exposure to (or knowledge of) high-rise or multi-residential construction environments
- Required qualifications: Minimum Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude toward learning and development
- Valid White Card
