Votre mission

En lien avec le directeur Ethique et Conformite Groupe, développer le programme Ethique et Conformité du Groupe sur le périmètre dont il a la charge : -Développer, initier, maintenir et réviser les politiques, procédures et contrôles locaux pour le fonctionnement général du programme de Déontologie et de Conformité du Groupe. Gèrer le fonctionnement quotidien du programme et fournir des conseils à la direction et aux employés -Participer à la gestion des risques en matiére de conformité -Etablir et maintenir un programme efficace de communication interne en matière de conformité et participer à l'élaboration du programme de formation interne à la conformité -Assurer le reporting périodique des activités de Conformité. Surveiller le rendement du programme de Conformité et prendre les mesures appropriées pour améliorer son efficacité. -Participer au process d'Export Control en lien avec l'ensemble des pôles de la Direction AQ Groupe, Risques, Conformité, Contrôle interne
