Job Description
This permanent, part-time opportunity offers hands-on experience in the OSHC industry. You\u2019ll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.
Service Location
: You\u2019ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday. 7am-9am (BSC), 3pm-6pm (ASC). Total hours: 25.
The Role
As the Second in Charge (2IC), you\u2019ll be a key leader in delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service.
Involved: Engage with the school community, attending events and assemblies.
Innovation: Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the children\u2019s preferences.
Genuine: Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
Fun: Play and have FUN with primary school aged children.
Remarkable: Ensure your program complies with industry regulations.
The Successful Candidate
Ideally you have previous experience in Before and After School Care or education, but we can train you.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is still a big kid at heart.
Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves to have FUN.
Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
