**Key responsibilities in the role include;**
- **Day-to-day PA and general administration tasks.**:

- **Handling enquiries and capturing lead information.**:

- **Customer engagement.**:

- **Organise and schedule appointments.**:

- **Diary management.**:

- **Documenting communications / conversations.**:

- **Document buyer changes and coordinate with the design team.**:

- **Setting up, assisting with and covering open homes.**:

- **Submitting EOIs, delivering contracts, and logging contract milestones.**:
